OUR PROGRAMS
Some of our services include: Academic Advisory and Support, Workforce Development, Leadership Development, Adult Preparation and One-on-One Career Mentoring. Our programs assist in guiding middle and high school students into their career of choice by exposing them to classroom training and matching them with Career Mentors. We seek to serve as the "Platform" for students to become future leaders, positioning them to globally compete.
Youth Career Prep program was designed to target at-risk youth 11-18. We educate and equip them with the skills and training they need to have successful adult lives. The program incorporates a financial literacy introductory component, adult prep and other life skill components that developed financial stability and increase economical growth.
Internships take place at major corporations and restaurant industry chains in the area. Participants are offered support services, including access to case workers and a mentor outside of the program to provide professional guidance and development and to help with job searches or college applications when participants finished the program.
Mentor Matching provides local Young Professionals, Business Professionals, C.E.O’s, Entrepreneurs, Fraternities, Sororities, and Ministers the opportunity to mentor students for a minimum of one year. Mentor Matching will match mentees to mentors according to areas of need, interest, and career choice.
